Staff told us they were aware of how to report any concerns and were up to date with training on how to protect vulnerable adults from abuse. We saw the provider had arrangements in place to ensure medicines were managed safely. Any risks to people were identified and plans were in place to guide staff on how to support people safely. The provider had gone to great lengths to ensure people had access to a wide range of meaningful activities. This included trips out to places that people said they wanted to visit.
